Overview
Please note that while I purchase high quality hardware and components to use in the items I create, I do not produce those items myself; also many of the materials I use are natural materials that may have irregularities and imperfections; for these reasons, CSBeck Art cannot be held liable for normal wear and tear, misuse, failure, or any damages or injuries caused by failure. That said, I stand by my products and am happy to repair what I can should there be any issues!
Refunds
Once you receive your order, please open it immediately and inspect any and all items. If there are any problems, please contact us immediately! Full refunds will only be issued in the event an item is damaged during shipping or is not as described. Partial refunds (described below) may be issued on an individual basis in the event that an incorrect size is ordered or if you are displeased with an item.
In the event of shipping damage, we must receive photos of the damage within 24 hours of receipt in order to issue a refund. Please use the email on our contact page to send photos. We may or may not require the return of damaged items and will direct you on how to proceed after we see the photos of the damage.
In the event that an item you receive is not as described (for example is a different size than described or is defective), please contact us as soon as possible. For basic flaws such as incorrect size or color or wrong items we must be contacted within 7 days of receipt with photos in order for a full refund to be issued. For defective items (such as a clock not working or rapid gear hardware failure) we must be contacted within 30 days of receipt with evidence of the failure in order for a full refund to be issued. We may or may not require the return of damaged items and will direct you on how to proceed after we see the photos of the damage.
If you are displeased with an item or have ordered an incorrect size, items may be returned in original condition for a refund less shipping. You shall be responsible for return shipping as well; return address will be provided after you have contacted us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If a refund is rejected (for example if an item is not returned in the condition it had originally been sold in), it may be shipped back to you at your expense.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 14 business days. Please check with your bank for a timeframe of how long it will take after issuing for a refund to become available.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the time frame above combined with the time it takes your bank to process the refund and make the funds available, please check with your bank. If you have checked with your bank and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Exchanges
Items that are eligible for refunds as described above *may* be eligible for exchange at our discretion and dependent upon availability. If you opt for an exchange when available, you shall be responsible for shipping.
Repairs
In the event that an item outside the timeframe for returns/refunds becomes damaged and you feel that it is something that may be able to be repaired, please contact us!
