Christmas tree design on dark green bullhide over 1 3/4″ wide burgundy napa latigo base with brass components/hardware and siam famous brand crystals made in Austria. Collar measures 15 1/2″ laid flat to middle hole and 14″ inner circumference when closed to middle hole. There are 5 holes spaced at 3/4″ apart.
