Description

Burgundy napa leather with brass metal, buckle collar. It measures 12″ laid flat to the middle hole, 11 3/4″ measured inside closed to middle hole and there are 5 holes with 1/2″ spacing (11″ – 13″ laid flat). It has a 1″ wide panel on a 1 1/4″ base reduced to 1″. Adorned with famous brand Austrian made chrysolite opal crystals.
