Eggplant and black bridle leather, primarily black mixed metal, limited slip collar. Max opening of 15 1/4″ tightens to 12 3/4″. 2″ wide panel on 2 1/4″ base reduced to 1″. Adorned with famous brand Austrian made Blue Zircon crystals.
